SGCSPL Team
The SGCSPL team is a small but efficient and multidisciplinary team. It is governed and guided by a group of professional Directors and led by the Chief Executive. The other professionals in the team also have rich work experience, and from varying professional backgrounds, like Health and Nutrition, Education, Livelihood, Agriculture/Horticulture, Child Development and Protection, Adolescent Empowerment, Natural Resource Management, Social Work, Project Management, Planning/Monitoring/Evaluation, Research/Study, and Training. It also has wide experience of working in various parts of India, besides thorough field experience in development projects across various themes, supported by various institutions and agencies.

Dr. Suresh Prasad Sahu: Dr. Sahu is an eminent anthropologist from Ranchi University, Ranchi. He has a vast experience in research work spanning over more than twenty-five years. He has also published several research papers and articles in national and international journals.

Dr. Tapas Paik: Dr. Paik is an aqua culturalist with specialization in Integrated Aquaculture (Nursery Management, Composite Fish Cultivation, Air Breathing Fish Cultivation, Fish Breeding, Prawn Culture, Integrated Farming, Paddy cum Fish Culture, Aquarium Fish Maintenance etc.). He also has enormous experience in research and training in his relevant field.

Mr. Manas Kumar Das:Mr. Das is specialist in Botany. He has been working in the social development sector since last twenty-five years. His specialization is in NRM Training, Mushroom Tissue Culture and Farm Design, Project Planning and Management, Livelihood Package Development , and Proposal writing. He also has vast experience in research and training.

Mr. Nabin Konar: Mr. Korar has training in Financial Management from XISS, Ranchi and has long experience in managing NGO fund. He has also providing technical support to various grass root level civil society organizations and for organizational capacity building since last twenty-five years.

Chief Executive
Mr. Rajat K Mitra: Mr. Mitra is a Business Management expert and has more than 10 years’ experience in corporate sector as well as more than 15 years’ experience in social development sector as implementer and consultant. He has vast experience in working with national and international level NGOs/consulting agencies, as well as with UN agencies. He also taught in the State Institute of Rural Development, Ranchi. His expertise in research and training, particularly in the areas of education, livelihood, and empowerment is well recognized by the CSOs/social development agencies. He leads the multidisciplinary team of SGCSPL in its endeavour.
